You have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong focus on generating revenue and profitability. Your experience includes establishing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that you understand their needs and can effectively fulfill their job orders. You are a natural leader, capable of motivating a high-performing team to exceed targets and drive growth.
You are skilled in utilizing various prospecting methods, including phone calls, social media, and in-person meetings, to generate new job orders weekly. Your ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts allows you to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time. You are proficient in using tools like Bullhorn to manage your activities and maintain a robust book of business.
What you'll do
As the Managing Director, you will serve as the primary strategic lead for your team and line of business, directing and motivating your team to achieve revenue growth. You will establish and maintain a target list of clients, developing relationships that lead to successful job order fulfillment. Your role will involve conducting prospecting activities to generate new job orders in line with performance objectives.
You will manage the entire process of new and open job orders, ensuring that they are handled efficiently from intake to fulfillment. Collaboration with teammates will be essential as you work to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across other lines of business. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team's success and achieving the company's revenue goals.
