You have experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the software or technology sector — you understand the nuances of sourcing candidates for technical roles and can effectively communicate with hiring managers about their needs. You are skilled at networking and outreach, using various platforms to find the best talent available. Your ability to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit is a key strength, allowing you to present top candidates to hiring managers confidently.
You are detail-oriented and organized, managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You are proactive in seeking feedback from hiring managers and continuously improving the recruitment process based on that feedback. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in hiring and strive to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions at Anrok, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and team dynamics. You will source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. You will conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit, and present your findings to hiring managers.
You will also contribute to improving the overall candidate experience by gathering feedback and implementing changes to the recruitment process. This includes refining job descriptions, enhancing the interview process, and ensuring timely communication with candidates. You will play a crucial role in supporting hiring manager training, helping them understand best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
