You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to conduct interviews and engage with candidates in a way that builds trust and rapport. Your proactive approach to generating leads through professional relationships and candidate interactions supports business development efforts.

What you'll do

As a Technical Recruiter at Vaco, you will take charge of identifying, screening, and managing candidates for both contract and direct-hire positions. You will work closely with the sales team to fulfill open job orders, ensuring that candidates are matched with the right opportunities in a timely manner. Your role will involve conducting weekly interviews and assessing candidates against performance objectives to ensure a strong fit for the roles.

You will actively utilize a candidate skills matrix in your recruitment activities, which will help streamline the hiring process and improve candidate management. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver recruitment projects effectively.

Your responsibilities will also include generating leads through your professional network and candidate interviews, which will support the overall business development and sales efforts of the agency. You will log all activities, notes, and vital information in Bullhorn to manage and grow your book of business effectively.
