Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in consulting and professional services, with experience in driving digital and organizational transformation. Your ability to build and manage senior-level relationships is exceptional, and you are comfortable influencing decisions at the executive level. You are fluent in both English and German, which allows you to engage effectively with a diverse client base. You thrive in complex selling environments and are skilled in value-based selling techniques that create measurable impact for clients.
You possess strong communication skills that enable you to align internal teams with client expectations. Your experience includes working with high-value accounts, and you are adept at identifying strategic opportunities that contribute to sustainable revenue growth. You understand the importance of consultative sales and are committed to delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with Atlassian solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise service management (ESM) will enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their challenges. A background in working with federal and highly regulated organizations will also be beneficial.
