Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders. Your consultative selling approach has maximized customer outcomes, and you understand the importance of nurturing long-term relationships. You are skilled in developing territory plans and creating pipelines of new clients and engagements, ensuring that you can successfully convert target accounts into valuable partnerships.

Your experience includes creating and executing pursuit strategies that build win-win value propositions at both the company and individual levels. You recognize that the people and clients are at the center of everything you do, and you approach client executives as true business partners rather than just software delivery partners. This mindset allows you to expand engagement with clients, encompassing the breadth and depth of your company's capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of new opportunities and securing those opportunities to establish early relationships with clients. You will engage with senior stakeholders, using your consultative selling skills to maximize customer outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing a territory plan and successfully converting new target accounts, creating the foundation for long-term, value-based relationships.

You will ensure the creation and execution of pursuit strategies, building win-win value propositions that resonate with clients. Your role will involve nurturing executive relationships to foster continuing business and ensuring that your approach aligns with the company's mission and values. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the company's capabilities are effectively communicated.
