Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the tech or compliance sectors. You are fluent in German and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. You are customer-focused and understand the importance of building relationships to drive sales success.
Desirable
Experience in the compliance or security industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems will help you excel in this role. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and exceed revenue targets.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Vanta, you will identify high-potential business verticals and develop outbound strategies to engage them. You will manage the entire sales cycle, focusing on expediting deals within a 30-day timeframe. Your role will involve turning inbound demand into closed-new business and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also manage the sales pipeline, improving and maturing the sales process and playbook to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
