You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in managing complex accounts and driving growth within large organizations. Your ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs has led to successful sales engagements in the past. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced startup environment, bringing innovative solutions to the table. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for expansion and new customer acquisition effectively. You are passionate about security and compliance, understanding the importance of these elements in building trust with clients.

What you'll do

As a Founding Strategic Account Executive at Vanta, you will own a portfolio of existing enterprise customers while targeting new logo accounts. You will lead full-cycle sales engagements, focusing on relationship-driven strategies that promote multi-product adoption and long-term growth. Collaborating with Sales Engineering, SDR, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure comprehensive account coverage and coordinated execution of sales strategies. Your role will involve shaping pricing and engagement models that resonate with large-scale organizations, helping to define Vanta's enterprise motion. You will be instrumental in driving Vanta's growth across EMEA, working with some of the most recognizable global brands to establish scalable trust and compliance standards.
