Overview

Vanta is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support their Solutions Engineering and Revenue Operations teams. You'll play a critical role in accelerating growth and helping leaders build and retain world-class teams. This position requires strong partnership and consulting skills across various functions.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record as a Senior People Business Partner, ideally with experience in supporting revenue operations and engineering teams. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and trust with team members, enabling them to perform at their best. Your experience includes designing and executing people programs that align with business strategies and goals. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, and Legal, to drive innovative solutions that yield positive business outcomes. You are known for your ability to lead change management efforts and partner on organizational design, ensuring that people initiatives engage, grow, and retain talent effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with security compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 would be a plus. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement within teams. Your background in coaching and consulting will help you guide leaders in developing their teams and achieving critical business objectives.

What you'll do

As a Senior People Business Partner at Vanta, you will be embedded within the Solutions Engineering and Revenue Operations teams, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals. You will partner closely with business leaders to design and implement people programs that support Vanta's growth strategy. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness of people initiatives. You will lead change management efforts, helping teams adapt to new processes and structures as the company evolves. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the organizational culture, ensuring that it reflects Vanta's mission and values.
