Vanta is seeking a Program Manager for Upmarket Education to design and scale educational experiences for sophisticated customers. This role requires strong executive presence and collaboration with Customer Success and Premium Support teams.

Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in customer education or customer success. You understand the complexities of upmarket customers and can navigate high-stakes conversations with ease. Your ability to create structured learning journeys is complemented by your excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of customers. You have a passion for education and a commitment to helping customers achieve their goals through effective learning experiences.
Desirable
Experience in the security or compliance industry is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. You may also have a background in creating training content or delivering live training sessions, which will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end education program for Vanta's upmarket customers, ensuring that their learning journeys are well-defined and impactful. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success and Premium Support teams to align educational content with customer outcomes. Your responsibilities will include designing high-impact training materials, delivering live training sessions, and continuously improving the education program based on customer feedback. You will also work with internal subject-matter experts to ensure that the content is accurate and relevant. Your role will be highly visible, requiring you to present to executives and engage with customers at all levels. You will be instrumental in helping customers adopt Vanta's solutions confidently and effectively.
