Varicent is hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist to optimize go-to-market functions and enhance tool utilization. This remote position is based in Cancun, Mexico.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing Varicent's go-to-market functions by integrating process excellence with enablement strategies. You will develop and implement scalable documentation that supports the onboarding of new team members and enhances the overall efficiency of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed process efficiencies and providing essential training to ensure that our go-to-market teams are well-equipped to meet their objectives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive revenue success.

You will also be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of current enablement strategies and making recommendations for enhancements. Your insights will help shape the future of our sales enablement initiatives, ensuring that Varicent remains at the forefront of innovation in the Sales Performance Management market.
