Overview

Varicent is hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist to optimize go-to-market functions and enhance tool utilization. This role is remote and based in Saltillo, Mexico.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales enablement and operations, with experience in architecting go-to-market processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You understand the importance of integrating process excellence with enablement strategies, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can contribute to the success of revenue teams. Your ability to create scalable documentation and provide essential training will be key to your success in this role.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively support onboarding and ensure that all go-to-market teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge. You are passionate about optimizing processes and enhancing tool utilization to maximize seller performance and drive revenue success.
