Overview

Varicent is hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist to optimize go-to-market functions and enhance tool utilization. This remote position is focused on developing scalable documentation and supporting onboarding processes.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales enablement and operations, with experience in optimizing go-to-market strategies. You understand the importance of process excellence and can architect effective GTM processes that enhance team performance. Your ability to create detailed documentation and training materials is complemented by your collaborative nature, allowing you to work effectively with diverse teams. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are committed to maximizing seller performance through innovative solutions.
