You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the life sciences or SaaS sectors — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this industry and are passionate about helping organizations succeed. Your experience includes establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, where you have demonstrated success in driving business growth.

You are adept at identifying and generating qualified opportunities — your strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex sales cycles and effectively communicate the value of cloud solutions to potential clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

What you'll do

As an Account Partner at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with pharmaceutical companies headquartered in China. Your primary focus will be on Vault Development Cloud Solutions, where you will represent the applications related to Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety in the marketplace. You will generate qualified opportunities and win new business, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets.

You will collaborate with the R&D and Quality team to align strategies and drive customer engagement. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions that address their specific challenges. You will also manage ongoing relationships, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to maximize the value of Veeva's offerings.
