What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers successfully utilize Veeva's clinical operations products and services — you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support. You will foster collaboration between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, ensuring that their feedback is communicated effectively within the organization.
