With experience in customer success or account management, you understand the importance of building lasting relationships and ensuring clients maximize the value of their investments. You are proactive and detail-oriented, always looking for opportunities to improve customer experiences and outcomes. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex information and best practices to clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced SaaS environment, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Veeva, you will be the primary point of contact for customers utilizing Veeva Clinical Operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their success criteria and guide them in adopting best practices to achieve their business goals. Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. You will track necessary feature enhancements related to Chinese regulatory requirements and collaborate with the Product Manager team to gather product feedback from customers. You will also be responsible for driving solution adoption and ensuring that customers gain maximum value from their investment in Veeva solutions. This is a highly customer-facing position, and you will be expected to engage with clients regularly to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
