You have a strong understanding of the life sciences industry and B2B sales cycles — you thrive in environments where you can solve business issues with innovative data and technology. Your experience managing strategic relationships at an HQ/affiliate level has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex customer needs effectively. You are driven by customer success and are committed to doing the right thing in every interaction. Your ability to maintain and grow existing business relationships is complemented by your passion for the mission of transforming the life sciences industry.

Desirable

Experience in SaaS sales is a plus, as is familiarity with Veeva Commercial Cloud Solutions. You understand the nuances of working with pharmaceutical customers and can leverage your insights to drive impactful results. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and care.

What you'll do

As an Account Partner Commercial, you will manage a broad spectrum of Pharmaceutical Customers and Prospects across the Nordics. Your primary responsibility will be to win new logos while also maintaining and growing existing business relationships. You will engage with customers at various levels, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with Veeva's offerings. You will also be responsible for managing strategic relationships, which will require you to have a deep understanding of customer goals and challenges.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service delivery. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to understand their evolving needs and to provide them with tailored solutions that drive their success. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, using this knowledge to position Veeva effectively in the market.
