Overview

Veeva Systems is hiring a Product Support Engineer to join their Product Support team. You'll support customers and internal stakeholders while collaborating with Development and QA teams to resolve complex issues. This role is available at multiple levels.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment or familiarity with life sciences can be beneficial, but we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. A background in technical support or customer service will also be advantageous as you engage with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues that arise for our customers and internal teams. You will work closely with the Development and QA teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that issues are resolved efficiently. Your role will involve collaborating with Consulting and Sales Engineering teams to provide the best possible support and solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team that values customer success and employee growth, contributing to the overall mission of Veeva Systems.
