What you'll do

You will work closely with the Consulting and Sales Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with Development and QA teams to resolve them effectively. You will also have the opportunity to participate in optional on-call responsibilities for weekend coverage, ensuring that our customers receive timely assistance.
