Veeva Systems is hiring a Product Support Engineer to support customers and internal teams in the life sciences sector. You'll collaborate with Development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. This role is open at multiple levels, from Associate to Senior.

Desirable

Experience with SaaS products or in the life sciences industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with software development processes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values customer success and employee growth.

What you'll do

As a Product Support Engineer at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams. You will work closely with the Development and QA teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues that arise with our Industry Cloud solutions. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights for our engineering teams.

You will participate in on-call rotations during public holidays and weekends, ensuring that our customers receive timely assistance whenever they need it. Your ability to think outside the box will be crucial as you tackle unique challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will engage with various teams, including Consulting and Sales Engineering, to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. You will also have opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and grow your skills in a supportive environment.
