What you'll do
As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders, including Consulting and Sales Engineering teams. You will work closely with the Development and QA teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues that arise within our products. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and tools. This position may include optional on-call responsibilities for weekend coverage, allowing you to further engage with our customer base and enhance your skills.
