Veeva Systems is hiring a Product Support Engineer (Japanese Speaking) to support customers and internal teams. You'll work closely with Development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. This role is open to multiple experience levels.

Who you are

You are a talented Product Support Engineer with a strong desire to help customers and internal stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and adapt quickly. Your problem-solving skills and persistence will help you tackle complex issues effectively. You have excellent communication skills, especially in Japanese, which will enable you to support our diverse customer base. You are comfortable working with various teams, including Consulting and Sales Engineering, to ensure customer success. You are excited about being part of a mission-driven organization that is transforming the life sciences industry.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with life sciences or healthcare technology. You may have a background in technical support or customer service, which will help you excel in this role. A proactive attitude and a willingness to think outside the box will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues faced by our customers. You will collaborate closely with the Development and QA teams to ensure that customer feedback is addressed and that product improvements are implemented. Your role will involve providing support during public holidays and weekends on a rotational basis, ensuring that our customers receive timely assistance. You will also engage with internal teams to share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of Veeva Systems.
