Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the healthcare or technology sectors, and understand the nuances of managing relationships with medium to large self-insured employers. You are adept at developing a pipeline of opportunities and engaging with the broker and consultant community to understand customer needs. Your consultative approach allows you to act as a partner to clients, driving pricing and contracting discussions effectively. You thrive in a flexible and nimble environment, ready to adapt to the evolving landscape of cardiometabolic virtual care solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate cross-functionally within the Care Sales team and with colleagues across Verily. You are motivated by the challenge of establishing Lightpath as a premier solution in the market and are committed to delivering on revenue and bookings targets. Your ability to work collaboratively ensures that the implementation team is set up for success, and you take pride in contributing to a culture of inclusion, belonging, and equitability.
What you'll do
As the Account Executive for Lightpath, you will manage the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. You will develop a robust pipeline of opportunities and engage with the broker and consultant community to understand their needs and how Lightpath can meet them. Your role will involve driving pricing and contracting discussions, ensuring that all parties are aligned and that the implementation team is prepared for a successful rollout of our solutions.
You will work closely with the Vice President of Sales to achieve revenue and bookings targets, leveraging your sales expertise to navigate complex negotiations and foster long-term relationships with clients. Your consultative approach will be key in positioning Lightpath as a trusted partner in the healthcare ecosystem, and you will be responsible for articulating the value of our solutions to potential customers. You will also collaborate with various teams within Verily to ensure that our offerings are tailored to meet the specific needs of self-insured employers.
