You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and are motivated by the challenge of closing deals with large organizations. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex product offerings clearly and effectively to clients. Your experience in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting accurately is essential for success in this role. You are adaptable and willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
Desirable
Experience selling technology solutions, particularly in the security or SaaS space, is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and physical security products will help you understand Verkada's offerings better. A background in working with Fortune 500 companies will give you an edge in navigating complex sales processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on selling Verkada's integrated, AI-powered security solutions to some of the largest organizations in the world. You will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business, ensuring that you maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide expert-level forecasting. Your deep understanding of Verkada's products will enable you to position them effectively in the market.
You will own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, and act as a subject matter expert for both customers and channel partners. Regular travel will be required to meet with clients, allowing you to build strong relationships and gather valuable market feedback to share with the product and engineering teams.
