What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the Senior Design Recruiter and Design Hiring Managers to scale Verkada’s Product Design department. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of recruiting for specialized roles, including UX Design, Industrial Design, and Packaging Design. Your tasks will include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and shaping the recruiting processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience. You will also have the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle recruiter, taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish.
