What you'll do

As an Associate Technical Recruiter at Verkada, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing niche talent, maintaining a healthy pipeline, extending offers, and successfully closing top candidates. You will organize, travel, and host on-campus University Recruiting events to attract fresh talent. In addition to your role hiring for the Technical Support Engineering team, you will coordinate complex interviews for the broader Product recruiting team, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them build high-performing teams. Your role will be pivotal in driving the growth of Verkada by bringing in talented individuals who align with the company's mission and values.
