Who you are

You are a high-bandwidth, craft-oriented Recruiter with experience in the design field. You have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and are skilled at identifying top design talent across various specializations, including UX Design, Industrial Design, and Packaging Design. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with hiring managers and design teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining an elite talent bar as you help scale the Product Design department from 30 to 46+ people.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiations. You will actively hunt for top design talent, coordinating interviews for the UX and Industrial Design teams across global time zones. You will shape and iterate on recruiting processes, ensuring they align with the needs of the design team and the company’s growth objectives. Your role will involve delivering a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring that all applicants feel valued and respected throughout the recruitment process.
