What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the Engineering Strategy and Operations team, directly leading two reports while supporting the CTO in managing over 300 software engineers. Your responsibilities will include identifying key initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals and ensuring that the engineering teams are equipped to execute these initiatives successfully. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, helping to streamline processes and improve overall team performance.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the productivity and satisfaction of the engineering teams. This includes analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions that enable teams to work smarter and faster. You will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
