You have a strong background in sales strategy and operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are comfortable managing stakeholder communications and can effectively lead discussions to drive initiatives forward. What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the core of driving insights and strategy for Verkada's Sales team. You will conduct ongoing and ad hoc strategic analysis to set plans and targets, blending operations and strategy to drive key business decisions. You will build and manage headcount models, sales forecasts, quota projections, and resource plans to support strategic decision-making. Your role will involve leading daily communications with stakeholders, ensuring that all individuals are aligned and informed. You will engage in a variety of high-impact projects, taking ideas from concept to implementation, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and scalable growth. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices within the sales operations framework.
