Who you are
You have a strong background in partnership marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at developing go-to-market strategies and have a proven track record of executing successful marketing programs. Your analytical skills allow you to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments and have excellent relationship management skills, enabling you to work effectively with various stakeholders, including state partners and external agencies. You are proactive and strategic, always looking for ways to enhance engagement and drive growth across different audiences.
Desirable
Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with regulated environments. You are comfortable navigating compliance requirements and understand the nuances of marketing in a financial context. A background in project management tools and marketing analytics platforms will help you succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for Vestwell's key channel partners, focusing on State Savings programs and Workplace Savings solutions. You will collaborate with state partners to plan and execute product launches, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating cross-functional execution, managing external agencies, and delivering scalable marketing programs that are compliant and measurable. You will analyze market trends and audience insights to refine strategies and improve engagement with both employers and savers. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure that marketing efforts are integrated and support overall business goals.
