What you'll do

As a Business Development Executive at Viamericas, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue for the full line of services offered by the company. This includes recruiting targeted agents and maximizing same-store sales within your assigned territory. You will work closely with existing agents to control attrition and improve the quality of service they provide to consumers. Your role will involve constant communication with agents to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with Viamericas' services. You will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow the agent network.
