Overview

Vida Health is hiring a Director of Clinical Solutions to support enterprise sales by translating clinical programs into executable solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Clinical, and Product teams.

You are a clinically trained professional with a deep understanding of healthcare solutions and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You have experience in translating complex clinical programs into clear, actionable strategies that resonate with prospective clients. Your background includes working closely with sales and clinical teams to enhance credibility and win rates in competitive environments. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey clinical insights effectively to diverse stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative settings and are adept at navigating the complexities of healthcare delivery models. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Clinical, and Product teams to support complex sales opportunities. You will act as a clinical and operational expert, providing insights that strengthen clinical credibility and improve win rates across employer and health plan evaluations. Your responsibilities will include developing and presenting clinical solutions that align with client needs, ensuring that Vida's offerings are communicated effectively. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical programs, working to enhance their effectiveness and relevance in the marketplace. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that clinical insights are integrated into product development and sales strategies. You will be instrumental in shaping the narrative around Vida's clinical capabilities, helping to position the company as a leader in virtual obesity care.
