You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the Pharma and MarTech sectors — your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex client relationships and drive strategic initiatives. You excel in developing and executing account strategies that align with broader marketing goals, ensuring that client needs are met while also identifying opportunities for upselling and growth.
Your leadership skills shine through as you serve as the primary point of contact for Client Success Managers and Project Managers — you understand the importance of collaboration and communication in achieving client satisfaction and operational success. You are adept at gathering and analyzing high-level requirements, which allows you to design scalable onboarding processes that enhance the client experience.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leading client meetings, where you articulate strategies and gather feedback to refine account plans. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess market trends and client needs, positioning you to capitalize on new opportunities effectively.
What you'll do
As an Account Director at Viseven, you will lead the charge in maintaining and expanding our global accounts — your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction while driving revenue growth through strategic upsell tactics. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Client Success Managers and Project Managers, to align account strategies with Viseven's marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing mid to long-term account strategies that not only meet client expectations but also drive internal change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve leading client meetings, where you will gather insights and feedback to inform your strategic direction.
In addition to maintaining existing accounts, you will actively seek out new opportunities to grow revenue — your ability to analyze market trends and client needs will be crucial in identifying these opportunities. You will provide leadership for internal operational activities, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.
