You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the Pharma and MarTech sectors — your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex client relationships and drive strategic initiatives that align with business goals. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to gather and interpret high-level requirements effectively, and you are adept at designing scalable onboarding processes that enhance client satisfaction.

Your leadership skills shine through in your ability to guide cross-functional teams, including Client Success Managers and Project Managers, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common objectives. You are a proactive communicator, capable of leading client meetings and fostering strong relationships that contribute to long-term success.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities — your strategic mindset allows you to develop mid to long-term account strategies that drive upsell tactics and revenue growth. You are passionate about digital transformation and understand the unique challenges faced by Pharma and Life Science companies.

Desirable

Experience in digital marketing or software services tailored to the pharmaceutical industry would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with the latest trends in MarTech. A background in project management or business analysis can further enhance your ability to deliver results in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Director at Viseven, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will lead the development and execution of account strategies that align with Viseven's marketing objectives, focusing on maintaining existing global accounts while actively seeking new opportunities for growth.
