What you'll do

As an Account Director at Viseven, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Client Success Managers and Project Managers, ensuring that all client interactions are seamless and productive. You will be responsible for developing mid to long-term account strategies that align with Viseven's marketing objectives, focusing on upselling and expanding existing accounts. Your role will involve leading client meetings, where you will gather insights and analyze requirements to design scalable onboarding processes that enhance client satisfaction.

You will drive internal change initiatives, providing leadership for operational activities that support client success. Your ability to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities will be crucial in achieving the company's growth targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that Viseven continues to deliver exceptional service in the Pharma and Life Sciences sectors.
