Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at identifying and targeting potential clients, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your ability to conduct thorough market research allows you to understand customer needs and industry trends effectively.
You are skilled at presenting and demonstrating products and services to prospective clients, ensuring that you can negotiate and close high-value deals while maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Your collaborative nature enables you to work seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing Vizcom's enterprise business in key geographic locations. You will identify and target potential enterprise clients within assigned territories and develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders will be crucial to your success.
You will conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, presenting and demonstrating our products and services to prospective clients. Your negotiation skills will come into play as you close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Keeping accurate records of sales activities and updating CRM systems regularly will be part of your routine. You may also attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
What we offer
At Vizcom, we offer a competitive compensation package with a target OTE of $250K - $300K, which includes base salary and commissions. This role is also eligible for equity, providing you with a stake in the company's success.
