Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on cloud communications and APIs. Your experience includes managing key accounts and driving growth through strategic relationships. You are adept at employing a value and solution-oriented sales methodology, especially in real-time video communication solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable presenting to a diverse audience, from c-level executives to individual contributors.

You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with customers. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients has been a key factor in your success. You are also data-driven, using analytics to inform your sales strategies and decisions. You understand the importance of customer success and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing deals and post-sales upselling. You will focus on the growth and adoption of Vonage's Video APIs in the Mid-Market segment, particularly within the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include managing cross-functional opportunity management, collaborating with customer success teams, and providing timely forecasts on sales performance. You will lead compelling presentations of Vonage’s CPaaS product and vision, showcasing how it can enhance customer experiences through innovative video solutions.

You will also be responsible for developing a pipeline generation cadence to identify and land new target accounts. Your role will require you to actively handle your pipeline of opportunities, ensuring clear visibility on sales and revenue performance. You will work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and drive customer engagement. Your contributions will directly impact Vonage's position as a leader in WebRTC Video solutions, helping businesses integrate video into their customer experiences.
