Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on cloud communications and APIs. Your experience includes managing key accounts and driving growth through strategic relationship building. You are adept at employing a value and solution-oriented sales methodology, particularly in real-time video communication solutions.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing deals. Your ability to present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, sets you apart. You are also skilled in providing accurate forecasts and maintaining visibility on sales performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and managing post-sales relationships. You will focus on expanding the adoption of Vonage's Video APIs within the Mid-Market segment in the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include leading presentations of Vonage’s CPaaS product and vision to a broad range of audiences, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value proposition of the solutions.

You will own cross-functional opportunity management, collaborating closely with Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Additionally, you will drive a pipeline generation cadence to develop expansion opportunities and land new target accounts. Your role will be pivotal in helping innovative companies integrate video into their customer experiences, ultimately setting them apart in their respective industries.
