You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on cloud communications and APIs. Your experience includes managing key accounts and driving growth through strategic relationship building. You understand the nuances of the digital landscape and are adept at engaging with tech-savvy clients.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to present complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences, from c-level executives to individual contributors. Your approach is value-oriented, ensuring that you align solutions with customer needs and business objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing deals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving opportunities through the entire sales cycle, employing a value and solution-oriented sales methodology focused on real-time video communication solutions. You will build upon the growth and adoption of Vonage's Video APIs in the Mid-Market segment across the APAC region. Your responsibilities will include managing cross-functional opportunities from pre-sales through to customer success, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

You will lead compelling presentations of Vonage’s CPaaS product and vision, showcasing the benefits of integrating video into customer experiences. Additionally, you will provide timely and accurate forecasts, maintaining clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities. Your role is crucial in helping innovative companies leverage video technology to enhance their customer interactions.
