Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in digital ad sales in Japan, with a proven track record of successfully selling ad products to clients. Your deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape allows you to effectively engage with clients and drive revenue growth. You possess a high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive, which enables you to excel in outbound lead generation and business development. Your experience in social media mobile advertising is a strong plus, as it complements your ability to navigate the mobile ecosystem and respond persuasively to client needs.

What you'll do

As the Account Executive for BeReal, you will be responsible for designing and executing the local Japanese sales strategy, focusing on selling both traditional and innovative ad inventory to key advertisers. You will identify, source, pitch, define, negotiate, close, and manage digital advertising revenue, ensuring long-term development of business relationships with prospects. Your role will involve building awareness and adoption of BeReal's offerings through client presentations, conference attendance, and networking events. You will engage with small and mid-market clients to drive deal growth over the long term, while effectively communicating internally to coordinate resources across various teams.
