Overview
WalkMe is seeking an Account Executive to manage account territories and drive customer success. You'll focus on helping customers realize value using WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform. This role requires experience in account management and customer engagement.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in technology or software solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is key — you understand their needs and work diligently to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes. You are results-driven, with a focus on driving net new ACV bookings and managing large enterprise accounts effectively. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to establish a vision and plan for success.
Desirable
Experience in the digital adoption or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with SAP solutions. You are comfortable navigating complex digital landscapes and can articulate the value of technology to business leaders. A background in sales or customer success roles will help you excel in this position, as will a passion for helping organizations maximize their digital assets.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at WalkMe, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of your account territory, focusing on both existing WalkMe customers and potential prospects. Your main goal will be to help customers achieve their desired outcomes by leveraging WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform. You will engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their user experience and productivity. You will work closely with the Country Director, ANZ, to drive strategic initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also collaborate with various teams within WalkMe to establish a clear vision and plan for success. This includes working with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, engaging with product teams to provide customer feedback, and coordinating with support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your performance will be measured by your ability to delight customers and drive growth within your territory.
