Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with experience in scaling companies from 7 figures to 8 or 9 figures ARR. You understand the intricacies of billing operations and have a solid grasp of revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606 basics. Your experience includes evaluating or implementing billing middleware solutions, which has equipped you with the skills to optimize billing processes effectively.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance and product, ensures that you can drive alignment and execute on strategic initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited about building processes from the ground up.

What you'll do

As the Revenue Operations Manager at Warp, you will own the entire billing operations function, which includes configuring Stripe for subscription management and invoicing. You will handle edge cases such as annual versus monthly billing, coupons, prorations, and credits, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your role will also involve managing the deal desk, where you will generate contracts, establish approval workflows, and set discount guardrails to optimize pricing execution.

You will be responsible for owning and optimizing our contract platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our growing organization. Collaborating closely with the CEO and other stakeholders, you will help shape the revenue operations function as we scale to Series B and beyond. Your insights will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices across the organization.

At Warp, we offer a competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000, along with a competitive early-stage equity package.
