You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the tech industry — you've successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders in large organizations, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively has allowed you to close significant deals and drive revenue growth.
You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams — you understand the importance of transparency and trust in a remote setting, and you actively contribute to a positive team culture. Your creativity and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate complex sales processes and find innovative solutions for clients.
You are data-driven and use analytics to inform your sales strategies — you understand the metrics that matter and can leverage data to optimize your approach. Your experience with CRM tools helps you manage your pipeline effectively and track your progress toward goals.
Desirable
Experience in selling digital experience platforms or related technologies is a plus — you have a strong understanding of how these solutions can benefit enterprises and improve their digital presence. Familiarity with AI-driven technologies can also set you apart, as Webflow is focused on building an AI-native platform.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Webflow, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our presence in the enterprise market — you will identify potential clients, engage with them to understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Building meaningful relationships with both potential and existing customers will be key to your success in this role.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of enterprise clients — your insights will help shape product development and marketing strategies. You will also participate in in-person onboarding sessions in San Francisco, ensuring you are well-integrated into the company culture and equipped to represent Webflow effectively.
Your role will involve regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes, using data to refine your approach and drive continuous improvement — you will set ambitious targets and work diligently to exceed them, contributing to the overall growth and success of Webflow.
What we offer
Webflow offers a competitive salary range for this role, with On Target Earnings (OTE) between $264,000 and $330,000 for U.S. employees — we believe in compensating our team members fairly based on their contributions and the cost of labor in their geographic area. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a remote-first environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
