Kognitos is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead expansion across the Central United States. You'll engage with senior decision-makers and close complex enterprise deals. This role requires a hunter mindset and experience in building a pipeline from scratch.

Who you are
You are a high-performing Account Executive with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the Central US region. You possess a founder's mindset, adept at building pipelines from scratch and closing complex deals. Your experience spans various industries, including manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, and financial services, allowing you to understand diverse business needs and challenges.
You excel in consultative selling, leading discovery conversations with senior decision-makers such as CIOs and COOs. Your ability to map unique business processes to high-value automation use cases sets you apart. You are skilled at building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, expanding influence across enterprises, and driving customer engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the Central US territory, creating and executing a strategic plan to identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise accounts. You will prioritize industries where automation can drive immediate ROI, leveraging your expertise to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, events, and channel engagement.
You will lead consultative selling conversations, delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to each customer's strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing complex sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the development of a go-to-market playbook in a fast-moving startup environment.
