What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a strategic legal partner to Webflow's Sales organization, leading complex commercial negotiations with U.S. and global customers. You will create and refine practical contracting frameworks that accelerate deal cycles while minimizing friction. Collaborating closely with teams across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, Security, and Privacy, you will help operationalize legal processes that support the company's growth objectives.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all commercial agreements align with Webflow's business goals and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the legal landscape as Webflow continues to expand its market presence. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring junior legal team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the legal team.
