What you'll do

As a Music Specialist at Welocalize, you will spend approximately 65% of your time transcribing music lyrics in both German and English. This involves listening to songs and accurately capturing the lyrics, ensuring they are free from errors. You will also dedicate 25% of your time to proofreading and editing the transcriptions, making sure they meet the high standards expected by our clients.

Additionally, you will analyze metadata related to the music content, which constitutes about 10% of your responsibilities. This analysis will help improve the quality of the content and ensure it aligns with industry standards. You will collaborate with other team members to share insights and improve processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What we offer

Welocalize offers a competitive salary of €35,000 or £31,850 per year for UK-based employees, along with a permanent contract that includes benefits. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing a stable work schedule.
