What you'll do

In this role, you will edit and review machine-translated customer service content, ensuring a high level of accuracy and consistency. You will evaluate the quality of machine translation outputs and apply severity ratings as required, following the established project guidelines. Your work will involve producing high-quality human translations that serve as reference data for model training and quality evaluation. You will follow provided style guides and terminology requirements closely, ensuring that all content is aligned with project expectations.

You will identify and report recurring quality issues and batch-level trends, contributing to the ongoing improvement of machine translation quality. This role involves intermittent work, with tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis throughout the year depending on client needs. You will need to be flexible with your availability as volumes and timing may vary. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of customer service content for Italian-speaking audiences.
