Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced language professional with a strong background in reviewing and refining customer service content. Your expertise in ensuring linguistic accuracy and consistency is complemented by your ability to improve machine-translated materials, making them more natural and aligned with project guidelines. You have a keen eye for detail and can identify systemic quality issues, including tone mismatches and terminology inconsistencies.
You possess the skills to conduct second-pass quality reviews, validating and calibrating severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards. Your high-level qualitative feedback contributes significantly to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts. You are comfortable working on an ad hoc basis, adapting to varying volumes and timing depending on client needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct thorough quality reviews of English (United Kingdom) customer service content, ensuring that all materials meet the highest standards of accuracy and consistency. You will validate machine-translated content, identifying and addressing any recurring error patterns or tone mismatches. Your feedback will play a crucial role in the ongoing improvement of the project, helping to refine the quality of the materials produced.
You will work closely with project guidelines, ensuring that all content aligns with the expectations set forth. Your ability to provide constructive feedback will be essential in maintaining the quality of the translations and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position involves intermittent work throughout the year, with tasks assigned based on client needs, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.
