What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts for Whatnot's Operations teams, focusing on critical high-volume roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and extending offers. You will leverage your creativity to explore innovative sourcing channels and methods, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates. You will also play a key role in shaping the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Whatnot's values and culture.
