You have experience in recruitment, ideally within operations or customer experience sectors, and understand the nuances of hiring for high-volume roles. You are skilled in building relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring alignment between recruiting priorities and broader business goals. Your consultative approach allows you to influence hiring decisions effectively, and you are comfortable experimenting with various sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. You are adaptable and open to exploring creative channels beyond traditional platforms like LinkedIn to find the best candidates.
Desirable
Experience in recruiting for customer experience, trust & safety, or fraud roles would be a plus. Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and an understanding of the unique challenges it presents in recruitment can set you apart. You may also have a background in using data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment strategies, ensuring that you are not only filling positions but also contributing to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts for Whatnot's Operations teams, focusing on critical high-volume roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and extending offers. You will leverage your creativity to explore innovative sourcing channels and methods, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates.
