You have experience in recruiting, particularly in high-volume roles, and understand the nuances of partnering with hiring managers to align recruiting priorities with business goals. You are skilled at sourcing talent through various channels, not just traditional platforms like LinkedIn, and are comfortable experimenting with new strategies to attract top candidates. Your consultative approach allows you to influence hiring decisions effectively, ensuring that the right talent is brought into the organization. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts for the Operations teams, which include Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and Fraud. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the broader business objectives. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. You will also be expected to provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
