What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the complete talent acquisition process for Wheely, focusing on product, business, and go-to-market roles across all global locations, including the UK, EMEA, and the US. You will work with a high level of autonomy, shaping the recruitment process to meet the needs of a rapidly growing company. Your responsibilities will include participating in marketing and PR activities aimed at enhancing the HR brand, ensuring that Wheely attracts top-tier candidates who align with its mission and values. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
